Returns and Cancellations for T-Shirts, Coffee Mugs and Products with Custom Printing

Here at The Cosmos And Beyond, we want to make sure you love your order and if for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make things right. As long as you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, we’ll provide a solution.

Damaged/Quality Issues
If for any reason you received a damaged or incorrect product notify us within 7 days of receipt at to return the item and so we can get a replacement package out to you as soon as possible. It is the customers' responsibility to inspect all deliveries within 7 business days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return or refund your item must be unused and in the same condition as received with included proof of purchase receipt. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

For the fastest resolution, please include a photograph demonstrating the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item and proof of purchase receipt in the event a refund is required.  The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, as well as eliminate errors in future printing. 

Any damages resulting in customer cutting package open will not be replaced.

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind.

Once we receive returned packages they are inspected and will be processed within 3-6 business days. Confirmation will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

* To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. We do not accept refunds if you change your mind.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
